Beadworks Wholesale Information

  • Beadworks wholesales to the trade only. That includes bead stores and professional fashion and jewelry designers.
  • We are direct importers from the Czech Republic, Italy, Japan, India, China, Indonesia, the Philippines and from other sources of beads and bead-related products. Many of our designs are exclusive to us. We are happy to custom order items with a deposit.
  • We welcome inquiries for wholesale amounts from trade buyers. These amounts are, in general, at least twice the quantity shown in the discount amount column of our catalog price list.
  • For wholesale price information, please register to provide a Wholesale Profile, and fax a photocopy of your resale license or other document indicating you are a manufacturer, retailer or other re-seller to 1-800-776-5741. You can also scan this information and email it to beads@beadworks.com.
  • International inquiries please contact us by email at beads@beadworks.com.
  • There is a $100.00 minimum for wholesale orders.
  • RETURN POLICY - All wholesale returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless merchandise is defective, in which case it will be replaced without charge). Returns are not accepted more than 10 days after receipt of the merchandise. You must also notify us of your intent to return immediately by email at beads@beadworks.com. All returned merchandise must be sent unused and in original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the invoice (the items returned must be highlighted). Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to UPS or other carrier - please save the package for inspection.
