We charge the current USPS cost for shipping small and medium Flat Rate Priority boxes and free shipping for orders over $150.

No, Beadworks is currently digital only after the closing our last brick and mortar store in December 2022.

We ship via US Postal Service’s Priority Mail Tuesday through Saturday. You’ll get your track number as soon as we ship so you can follow the package every step of the way. USPS estimates that it takes 1 to 3 business days for most locations.

Beadworks member discounts are available for beaders with accounts on our site. In addition, we are able to offer sales-tax exempt sales to professional designers with current sales tax licenses. Please see our Wholesale page for more information on wholesale pricing.

If your purchase isn’t what you expected, we are happy to accept returns in original condition within 2 weeks of receipt. Just send us tracking so we can be on the lookout for it. Cut chain is not returnable.
